Bouyiourdi in a small frying pan

An extremely delicious meze for wine, ouzo or beer! Extremely easy to make and ready in 10 minutes!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the oil in a non-stick pan. Cut the tomato into cubes as well as the onion and the peppers. Add them to the frying pan and sauté.
