Mr Stelios' salad from Santorini

The tasty, summer favorite salad that accompanies our seafood in Mr Stelios small tavern, in Santorini!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the rusks, slightly moist with water, on the platter that you are serving the salad or the olive oil rusks without wetting them.

* Step 2

Add the tomato on top, cut into small cubes without its juices.

* Step 3

Season with coarse salt, optionally.

* Step 4

Garnish each rusk with the anchovies in vinegar fillets.

* Step 5
