Anchovies without any regrets

I wanted to make fried anchovies while avoiding using a frying pan! I asked for help and ideas in the forum and their advice led to the desired resultthe kids ate all their anchovies, they liked it, it was like fried and I got to avoid frying in the heat.The recipe is very simple, but I add it here for anyone who has the same question that I did.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and butterfly the anchovies according to the instructions.

* Step 2

Rinse them and place them in a baking tray. Add a little oil (about 1 tbsp) and mix.

* Step 3

Place the flour in another tray and mix it with a little salt. Coat each fish with flour (I shake them to remove the extra flour).

* Step 4

Spread the floured fish in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paler. Add a little oil on top (just a thin line of oil on each row of fish) and cook using the oven grill for 5 minutes on each side. That should be enough but you can adjust the time depending on your oven. Grill until golden brown and crispy!

* Step 5

Serve, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and... enjoy!
