Macedonian pork
This is a great dish and most of all, festive. When I first heard of the recipe I thought that I would never try it. Since then, every time I have a dinner party I make it to impress everyone.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the pork in a pot and boil it until it is quite tender, then, stir in the wine.
* Step 2
Add the leeks and prunes and boil until they are cooked.
* Step 3
Add the heavy cream when you turn off the heat.
