Windmill tsourekia
Choose the tsoureki dough of your liking and make beautiful tsourekia shaped like windmills.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a piece of dough and open it into a square using your hands.
* Step 2
Place it on baking paper in the tray and cut diagonally almost up to the center. Take the point and place it on the center.
* Step 3
After repeating the process with all four points press to stick and brush with egg. Optionally, you can decorate with chocolate drops or sugar-cinnamon-clove for color.
* Step 4
Let it rise and bake at 150 depending on the size.
