Pork stew with celery
A classic as well as a Christmas recipe that is loved thoughout Greece.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the meat well on both sides.
* Step 2
Add salt and pepper as well as as much water is necessary for it to boil, about 2 cups. Let it simmer.
* Step 3
