Potato mushroom salad
My husband bought lots of mushrooms and lots of potatoes and I ran out of any ideas how to cook them 😄 My husband was very happy of this tasty mix 😍
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Put in a tray, add some oil.
* Step 3
Grill them in oven at 250 c for 10 minutes or less
* Step 4
Grill mushrooms in a pan on high heat for seconds
* Step 5
Put mushrooms and cheddar on the potatoes. Then add all the species
* Step 6
Grill in the oven for 3-4 minutes untill golden then serve with parsley over it.
