Mascarpone cheese pasta with mushroom and spinach

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the pasta and put it a side
* Step 2
In a pan, heat the oil and butter then add mushrooms, garlic,olives and spinach
* Step 3
Then add the mascarpone cheese
* Step 4
Dissolve the flour in the milk and add it to the mix above
* Step 5
On a low medium heat Stir well and add the pasta then the cheddar cheese and cover for 5-10 minute
* Step 6
Spread parsely and Serve with grilled chicken breasts
