Mini Éclairs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the water and the butter then add the flour and stir well till making a dough ball
* Step 2
Put the dough in a bowl and add the eggs and vanilla, the mix with the mixer untill becoming soft
* Step 3
Use the pipe to make the eclairs, like any shape you prefer
* Step 4
Put in a preheated oven for 25 min a170 c untill golden. Switch off the oven and wait 5min, then get it out.
* Step 5
Decorate it with chocolate and fill it with custard or cream and serve with strawberry
