Pumpkin Doughnut Holes

Ingredient

1 cup

flour

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350°

* Step 2

In a medium bowl beat egg and pumpkin until smooth. You can whisk by hand or electric mixer by hand flour and baking soda. Mix well until fully combined and a soft dough forms.

* Step 3

Refrigerate for 10 minutes or dough can be easily rolled into balls into desire size.

* Step 4

Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
