Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Silicone Molds or Ice Cube Tray
* Step 2
Melt several spoonfuls of coconut oil on stove or in microwave
* Step 3
Add several drops of peppermint oil, stir well
* Step 4
Pour peppermint coconut oil into silicone molds or ice cube trays
* Step 5
Sprinkle oats and/or bran on top
Freeze until solid, serve
