Honey Beer Glazed Carrots
These are sooo sweet and delicious and how can you go wrong with beer!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter in a non stick skillet over medium heat.
* Step 2
Add the carrots to the pan and sauté until the carrots begin to brown slightly.
* Step 3
Add the beer, honey, brown sugar, and salt and pepper if using and bring to a boil.
* Step 4
Reduce the heat and simmer until the carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to a glaze, stirring occasionally.
