Mushroom Soup

Hello, I am Giselle, with my friend Jossie and we will share you one healthy dish recipe that we made in our English lesson. This recipe is good for you because it is healthy and rich in minerals that contain selenium which improves the body immune system. This dish is inspired by my mom. I chose this dish because its delicious and we want to share it with you all. Happy cooking! Stay healthy everyone!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Step 1: Clean and wash your mushrooms and chop them up into small or tiny pieces.

* Step 2

Step 2: Chop some garlic and onions and get your pan.

* Step 3

Step 3: Turn on the stove to medium heat and toss in the butter, chopped onions and garlic. Cook them until their golden brown.

* Step 4

Step 4: Toss in the chopped up mushrooms into the pan and cook them until their fully set.

* Step 5

Step 5: After the mushrooms are fully cooked, add some milk and cream little by little into the pan and stir well. To make the texture creamy, mix in some cornstarch and water in a bowl and add in one tablespoon of the mixture to the pan.

Step 6: Stir until lumpy and creamy.

Step 7: Add in some salt and pepper and mix. Turn of the stove when the soup is ready and serve it in a bowl or a plate. You can add herbs too.
