mayonnaise

1/3 cup

sour cream

2 tbsp

dill minced

2 tbsp

chives minced

salt

pepper

1 tbsp

chipotle chili pepper powder

1 tbsp

white pepper

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

mix all ingredients except milk together in a bowl.

* Step 2

add milk slowly to get the consistency you are looking for (it should drizzle off your spoon but not be too runny)
