Ingredient

3/4 cup

sugar

1 1/2 cup

mashed bananas

3/4 cup

veg. oil

2 cup

flour

2 tsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

heat oven to 325°

* Step 2

grease loaf pan with butter

* Step 3

mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl with wooden spoon. stir in remaining ingredients. pour into loaf pan

* Step 4

bake until wooden toothpick comes out clean. 60-70 min.

* Step 5

let cool ten minutes, then loosen sides and remove from pan. cool completely before slicing
