Spanish Rice and Chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

* Step 2

Combine garlic salt, celery salt and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.

* Step 3

Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 20 minutes. remove chicken from pan.

* Step 4

Combine rice, onion, green pepper and parsley; spoon into the pan.

* Step 5

In a saucepan, bring broth, tomatoes, salt and chili powder to a boil.

* Step 6

Pour over rice mixture; mix well. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender.

* Step 7

YIELD: 4-6 servings
