Tomato and Pulled Pork Potato Bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
Saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes
Add in the paprika, oregano, basil and pulled pork
Pour in the passata and season to taste, set aside
* Step 2
Blanch the potato slices in salted boiling water
Drain and set aside
* Step 3
Assemble the potato bake in a large casserole dish by layering the potato slides, tomato pulled pork and dairy free cream
Top with the dairy free cheese and bake in the one for 30 minutes or until the potato slices are tender
