Chicken Cacciatore

olive oil

passata

50 ml

red wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat Brown the chicken legs and then remove from the pan and set aside Put the onions, mushrooms and garlic into the pan with the chicken juices Saute the vegetables for 5 minutes

* Step 2

Add in the passata, red wine, rosemary, seasoning and bay leaf Bring to the boil Turn down to a simmer, add in the chicken and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken legs are cooked
