Haddock Fillet with Grilled Carrot

Simplest fish dish I've ever made. The grill carrot give the sweetness to the dish and make it perfect.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes
4 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season haddock with salt and pepper on both side. Add oil into the pan, set to high heat and place haddock with skin upside down to make it crispy. Low the heat then add butter and garlic, slowly pour the butter to the fish until the fish cooked.

* Step 2

Grill carrot with butter in low heat until its cooked.
