Crispy Rice Paper tofu Dumplings 🥟
Crispy Rice Paper tofu Dumplings 🥟 is very in trend at the moment! I have so many rice papers I need to use up so I better get on the bandwagon ! Most of the veggies I used in this recipe is whatever I have in the fridge and garden.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Quick dip rice paper into water until rice paper wet evenly.
* Step 2
Then lay wet rice paper on the surface, add seaweed, tofu, any veggies you prefer (I use carrot, red onion, carrot leaves, shiso leave I grow in my garden. Wrap them up one side at the time until your dumpling all closed up.
* Step 3
Add some vegetable cooking oil on medium heat pan, fry your rice paper dumpling until crisp on both sides.
* Step 4
Serve with some soysauce dipping and some salad vegetable if prefer
