Pasta with Wild Garlic, Asparagus and Green Pesto
Let’s take part in Cookpad new challenge we 💚#lovepasta and share your delicious pasta dishes with us! This is my plantbased #vegan #vegetarian pasta dish that I use mostly seasonal ingredients, my last save of wild garlic, asparagus and homemade Thai green pesto. Quick and easy but so tasty!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To prepare asparagus, snap the end of asparagus off and cut the asparagus about 3-4 cm length long.
* Step 2
Cook pasta: Bring water to the boil, add some salt and add pasta. Let them cook follow the instruction in the package. For fusili that I use it takes about 15 mins.
* Step 3
Add olive oil in a medium heat pan, add onion and stir until onion become soft.
* Step 4
Add pesto, asparagus and wild garlic (or spring onions) and mix well. Add pasta and mix them well again. Seasoning with salt and pepper and add a few tbsps of pasta water and stir well again before serve.
