Stir Fry Asparagus and King Prawns in Thai Chilli Jam Sauce 🌶 🦐 🌿
Asparagus is in season at the moment and I bought green and purple asparagus from my local farm shop and fancy Thai style stir fry so here is it my Stir fry asparagus and king prawns in Thai chilli jam sauce. It’s so so delicious!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add vegetable cooking oil on medium heat pan, add garlic and stir well until garlic become golden and crisp.
* Step 2
Add prawns in and quick stir, wait until prawns about 60%cooked then add asparagus and stir well.
* Step 3
Add oyster sauce, soysauce, fishsauce, sugar and chilli jame. Stir well and add a splash of water if the sauce become dry. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve with Thai jasmine rice.
