Cooking instructions

Marinate your pork chops with all the sauce and leave it for 10 mins. Then pan fry for 5 minutes on both sides until outside cooked.

Then put your pork chops on the cooking foil on baking tray sprinkle some spring onions, salt and pepper and pop it in the oven on 190’c on grill for about 10 mins.

While pork chops in the oven, we can start making stir fry noodles. Add vegetable cooking oil on a medium heat pan, once oil hot add garlic in and quick stir for 30 seconds. Add noodles in quick stir then add some carrots and peasnaps, add all the sauces and mix well.

Once noodle and vegetable cooked for about 6-7 min add beansprounts and have a quick stir or toss then turn the heat off. Your pork chopped should be ready.

Slice your pork chops into strips, serve your noodles first and top with pork chop. You can add some lemon or lime and sriracha sauce if prefer.
