Fermented cauliflower with pink pepper corn and chilli ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒถ

This is an awesome experiment that I took part : Letโ€™s learn how to ferment !!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut up and wash your cauliflower properly, drained. (Weight your cauliflower)

Place cauliflower in the clean jar.

* Step 3

Add some dry chilli, pink pepper corn, sage and press them right down to fill the gaps in the jar.

* Step 4

Add some clean water right up to the top of your jar. Then pour that water into another jar or bowl. Weight the water. This way we know exactly water we need to use and able to calculate how much salt we need to add in.

* Step 5

Add some salt into the water and mix well. *how to calculate how much to add salt : you need to weigh your veggies and water separately, then add them both up then x.025 the total will be the amount of how much you need to add your salt. *Refer to Cookpad fermentation blog.

* Step 6

Pour water back onto the jar, close it but not completely. Keep it in a warm place
