Here is my Strawberry and raspberry jam, inspired by Katie’s recipe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Discard the green top of strawberry and roughly chopped them up.

* Step 2

Add strawberry and raspberry in a saucepan, add sugar and bring it up to boil with medium low heat. Keep stirring at all time.

* Step 3

Once they become thicken and sauce like, use the mash potato mashing to mash them up. Keep stirring it on a gently heat for another 30-45 min.

* Step 4

Add some lime or lemon juice and stir well for another 20 min until the texture become like jam. Add a knob of butter and stir well again for another 10 min.

* Step 5

Store in a clean jar and keep it in the fridge.
