Poached eggs with harissa mix tin vegetable
Here it is a quick and delicious brunch that me and Emily cooked live on IG. We both use a slightly different ingredients but sure both taste delicious 😋. Here is my recipe.....
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Making sauce: add yogurt, honey, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp grated garlic jn a mixing bowl. Mix well and leave aside.
* Step 2
Add some vegetable cooking oil on to a medium heat pan, add garlic then shallot and a tin of mix vegetables in, stir well then add spinach, squeeze of honey, harissa and mix well.
* Step 3
Top with poached egg and garnish with parsley.
