I bought a few big bags of spinach to make this frozen spinach balls and keep in the freezer. When you want to use them you can take them out and cook straight away πŸ˜‹

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 balls
Pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place your spinach in a big mixing bowl. Pour hot water in until it covered the spinach.

* Step 2

Leave it to blanched for a few min. Drain the water out and add some salt and vegetable oil. Separate them into a golf ball l size. Squeeze the water off.

* Step 3

Use cling film wrap each spinach ball individually. Put them in a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer ready to take it out to use.
