Homemade garlic oil
This garlic oil is so versatile. You can use to top up your noodles, coated in your thai salad, top on your stir fried. It add such a lovely, garlicky, delicious finish to the dishes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up your cooking oil, add garlic and salt in and keep stirring until garlic become crisp and golden.
* Step 2
Tuen the heat off and store in a jar with lid on. You can keep it on room temperature.
