Fried shallot and coriander rice

Flavour up your plain rice by adding fried shallots and top up with coriander to elevate your rice to the next level!

Ingredient

1-2 cups

cooked rice

1 clove

garlic

1 handful

coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thin sliced shallots and fry on low heat pan

* Step 2

When shallots start to turn brown add some finely chopped garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients lovely and soft.

Add some rice in and mix well

* Step 4

Turn the heat off and add chopped coriander. Mix well and serve as a side dish. Delicious 😋
