Crumbed Mushrooms
A tasty side dish to compliment your main meal or serve as a starter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil on med heat, enough for deep frying. Wash the mushrooms and pat dry. Beat the egg with the milk in a bowl. In a separate bowl add the flour and spices. In another bowl add the breadcrumbs.
* Step 2
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp pepper powder and 1/4 tsp steers salt on the mushrooms.Coat the mushrooms in the flour, then in the egg and coat them in the breadcrumbs.
* Step 3
When the oil is hot fry a few at a time for bout 4 mins till golden brown and place them on a papertowel. Serve with dips of choice.
