* Step 1
Wash, clean and make slits on the chicken.Marinate the chicken pieces with the spices.In a separate bowl add the tandoori marinade,lemon juice and oil. Mix through and add to the chicken. Rub the chicken in the sauce and leave it for 2hrs in the fridge.
* Step 2
Prepare the fire.Once the heat has turned down and fire is slightly low,grill the chicken on the braai stand.Do not get rid of the leftover marinade, keep it for brushing the chicken after each turn.This will keep the chicken moist.Keep turning on all sides for even grilling.Once the chicken is done, serve hot with sides of chips, salad,bread rolls,roti or naan
