Burger, Spinach and Triple Cheese Roll

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Preheat a large frying pan on a medium heat. Add one spoon of butter. Add the spinach and stir until wilted. Remove and put the spinach in a mixing bowl.
* Step 3
Now add to the spinach, 1 tsbs butter, cheddar cheese, blue cheese and the cream cheese. Mix together.
* Step 4
Put ground beef on clingwrap and distribute the meat mixture evenly by pressing it down, to about 380mm x 170mm.
* Step 5
Place the slices of bacon on top of the beef side by side, one next to the other. Place another piece of clingwrap over the bacon. Carefully flip the beef and bacon over.
* Step 6
Remove the top clingwrap. Add the spinach and cheese mixture on top of the meat and spread out carefully.
* Step 7
Use the cling film’s edges to lift the beef, and then roll it into a sausage shape, twisting the ends of cling film to tighten it as you go. Don't over tighten.
* Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes. Put the oven on grill and bake for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
