Roasted Chilli Sauce

This sauce can be used as a dip, dressing, marinade, basting, steak sauce and lots more.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C grill

* Step 2

Brown onion in sauce pan with 25ml olive and seed oil blend

* Step 3

Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes

* Step 4

Roast chillies, red bell peppers and garlic in oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown

* Step 5

Peel the peppers

* Step 6

Put everything in a food processor and liquidise until smooth

* Step 7

You can store the sauce in a glass container in the fridge for months
