Roast sweet potato

Another change to the Christmas dinner. This time a swap from potatoes to sweet potatoes.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into potions.

* Step 2

Cut each portion with a sharp knife to create gridded hassleback potatoes.

* Step 3

Heat the oil, gas 5, then add the potatoes, ensuring that they are coated in oil. Cook for45-50 minutes until the potatoes are soft in the middle. You will need to rotate the potatoes regularly to ensure they do not burn, when you do ensure that they are covered in oil.

* Step 4

Serve and enjoy.
