Wash and peel bittwr gourd.Then par boil for 3 mins.Wash and drain.Set aside.
* Step 2
Crack and beat eggs,add salt and pepper.Then beat again.
* Step 3
Pour over bitter melon then mix well.
* Step 4
Heat pan agg in oil,then fry the mixture.
