Daily detox juice
We recently got a juicer, hubby and I have making and experimenting with lots of different juices lately.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the juice jug underneath the juice spout. Now to the juicer machine, add the apples, pear, oranges.
* Step 2
Add the carrots and ginger. Finally add the lemon and lime to give the juice a bit of zing.
* Step 3
Once all of the fruit and vegetables juices have run down into the juice jug, give the juice a shake. This helps to incorporate together freshly squeezed fruits and vegetable.
* Step 4
Pour juice into a glass and enjoy as it is. Or place in the fridge to make the juice cold if you prefer it that way.
