Christmas Vanilla Biscuits

An option for those who do not like gingerbread biscuits. Also can be done any season of the year, bathe in chocolate too. How delicious! #christmas #christmasgift

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the egg and mix it again until the ingredients are integrated.

* Step 2

Add the flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix it until a ball of dough is formed.

* Step 3

Wrap it with cling film and leave it to rest in the fridge for one hour. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

* Step 4

Dust a surface with flour and roll the dough until it is around 5 mm thick.

* Step 5

Cut the biscuits with the help of a cutter, put them in the baking tray, leaving a gap of at least 50 mm in between the biscuits.

* Step 6

Place them in the oven at 180 degrees until the edges of the biscuits are golden brown, around 10 minutes.

* Step 7

Once they are ready, let them cool down in a cooling tray and then decorate. Enjoy!
