Chicken With Veggie Cheese pizza

As I’m living in US , here is most difficult to find halal chicken pizza . So usually I made chicken pizza by my self @home in my own style 🙂 . Here is my recipe from starch ( dough to bake ) 🍕🍕
Ingredient

4 to 6 persons

1hr 30 mins.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and let aside for 5 to 10 mins for raising.
* Step 2
Combine 1 cup (125g) of flour, instant yeast, butter, egg and salt in a large bowl.
* Step 3
Use a wooden spoon or with hand to stir well very well.
* Step 4
Gradually add another 1 cup (125g) of flour. Add any additional flour as needed (I've found that sometimes I need as much as an additional 1/3 cup), stirring until the dough is forming into a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl.The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hand. Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Take a Separate bowl and grease with a oil.
* Step 6
Lightly dust your hands and form you pizza dough into small ball and transfer into greased bowl. Cover it with cling wrap tightly and place it in warm place.
* Step 7
Allow dough to rise for 1hour or until doubled in size.
* Step 8
Preheating your oven to 425F (215C) at this point so that it will have reached temperature once your pizza is ready to bake.
* Step 9
Once the dough has risen, use your hands to gently deflate it and transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times).
* Step 10
Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 12" circle.
* Step 11
Cover your pizza try with foil paper, then spray or grease with oil.
* Step 12
Transfer dough to a foil paper lined pizza.
* Step 14
Spread a thin layer of shredded cheese on pizza sauce.
* Step 15
Then, add desire topping, I used chicken, bell pepper,onion ring, mushrooms, olives and pineapple chunks.
* Step 16
At end add some more shredded cheese and sprinkle some oregano (optional).
* Step 17
Bake it @425 F/245C at least for 30 mins.
* Step 18
Let it cool for 5 to 10 mins,then cut into slice and enjoy.
