Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean the chicken and remove excess skin off of the chicken. After cleaning the chicken dry the chicken with paper towel.
* Step 3
Pour your flour in a bowl then pour your mixed herbs, chillies flakes, and salt and start to mix them together.
* Step 5
Once the cooking oil is hot now you can take your piece of chicken to your eggs and then roll it to your season flour and put it in the cooking oil. Your stove heat must be on a medium heat not high heat cause we want the chicken to be cooked perfect in and out.
* Step 6
Once it's fried you can serve your chicken with Rice,Pap,and vegetables.
