Apple & Cinnamon Muffins
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Line a muffin tray with paper cases
* Step 3
In a large bowl crack the eggs and whisk lightly. Add the oil and milk and whisk until combined
* Step 4
Add the sugar and whisk until you have a smooth mixture
* Step 5
Add the flour and mix until smooth
* Step 6
Add the grated apple and cinnamon and stir in well.
* Step 7
Fill the muffin cases two thirds full. Sprinkle with extra sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Bake for 25 minutes until golden on top.
