Traditional Shakshuka
This recipe was approved by my Palestinian friend so it will be good don’t worry
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in diced onions, bell peppers and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.
* Step 2
Add the tomatoes, smashing them into pulps using a spatula. Season with spices, salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Use a ladle to make wells in the sauce to drop your eggs into. Put on a lid and cook the eggs to your liking.
* Step 4
Garnish with coriander and parsley.
