Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil eggs

* Step 2

Take out add sausage till it floats then remove from the water

Take shell off the eggs

Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces

Arrange egg and sausage in layers in a glass jar

* Step 6

Combine all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan

* Step 7

Simmer for 5 minutes

* Step 8

Pour over the eggs and sausage

* Step 9

Put on lid

* Step 10

Let set for 2 weeks

* Step 11

Enjoy
