Apple crumble
The perfect comforting winter pudding. Serve with custard or ice cream.

Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Mix the apple, 2tbsp sugar & cinnamon in a bowl
* Step 4
Add to a baking dish (20cm)
* Step 5
Add flour and sugar to a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix in with fingers until crumble texture.
* Step 6
Stir in the oats then cover the apples
* Step 7
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with custard or ice cream
