Paprika chicken fajitas
A delicious, light, healthy meal that can be cooked in 10 minutes and is also #lowfibre #lowresidue
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add chicken and fry until cooked through.
* Step 2
Add carrots, courgette and red pepper. Fry until soft.
* Step 3
Add smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 4
Serve with wraps and choice of accompaniment dips
