Mixed Vegetables Kurma

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash cauliflower, potatoes, carrot into small pieces.

* Step 2

Pressure cook all vegetables for 1 whistle.

* Step 3

Grind the ingredients to grind into a fine paste.

* Step 4

In a pan add oil when it is hot add fennel seeds. When it changes its colour, add ginger garlic paste.

* Step 5

Add onion,turmeric powder and salt. Saute for a few minutes till the raw smell goes off

* Step 6

Then add the cooked vegetables, grinded paste, mix well on a medium flame.

* Step 7

Boil for a few minutes and switch off the flame. Goes well with rice, roti and Poori.
