Beer batter shrimps and mango salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the tartar sauce and place in refrigerator.
* Step 2
In a bowl whisk the ingredients for the dressing.
* Step 3
In a bowl mix the mango salad ingredients with the lemon dressing.
* Step 4
Make the batter just a few minutes before you fry the shrimps.
Make sure the beer is very cold. The colder, the better.
* Step 5
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Stir in the beer making the batter.
* Step 6
Season the shrimps with a bit of salt. Sprinkle some flour to the shrimps and mix well. Deep in the batter and fry them until golden brown.
* Step 7
Serve the beer batter shrimps with the tartar sauce and mango salad.
