Beet & Cucumber Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by cutting and placing the beets on 7 over the stove and let cook

After, cut your onions thin. Place them in a bowl with, water, white wine vinegar, lime, and a little salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes

Once the beets are done cooking, cut them, place them in a bowl with vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix

Cut your cucumber and parsley

Once all that is done, mix your cucumber, onions, beets and parely together

To make the sauce mix, oil, vinegar, honey
