#Dal#Post 1 ....Add fresh cream for rich taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal for 1hr

* Step 2

Now put it in cooker with 2 glass water

* Step 3

Add salt and turmeric powder

* Step 4

After 1 whistle simmer for 10 minutes

* Step 5

Open and check the consistency

* Step 6

Heat ghee in a pan

* Step 7

Put cumin seeds

* Step 8

Add onions,green chilli,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes

* Step 9

Cook the tadka well

* Step 10

Add red chilli powder

* Step 11

Pour the tadka in the dal

* Step 12

Add garam masala

* Step 13

Garnish with coriander leaves

* Step 14

Serve with rice or chapati
