Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate and squeeze carrots.

* Step 2

Mix chopped onion and green chilli.

* Step 3

Put salt,cumin seeds and chat masala.

* Step 4

Fill the mixutre in ball of the dough.

* Step 5

Flatten it and roll the parantha.

* Step 6

Cook both sides with ghee.

* Step 7

Serve with makhan.
