Besan ka dhokla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the normal better of besan and semolina with curd

* Step 2

Keep aside for 1/2an hour

* Step 3

Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix well

* Step 4

Add sugar and lemon juice and mix it

* Step 5

Now put baking soda and pour 1/2 cup water on the soda and mix well

* Step 6

Grease dhokla plates and pour the mixture in it

* Step 7

Cook till it becomes fluffy

* Step 8

Heat oil in a pan

* Step 9

Put mustard seeds and curry patta and tempre it

* Step 10

Pour tadka on the dhokla

* Step 11

Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies
